  • Tickets are sold through Humanitix, follow the link on our website or social media pages.

  • Yes. There will be gate sales. Entry will be quicker if you buy tickets online.

  • Tickets purchased before the 1st of March are $15 per person and $20 per person from the 1st of March and at the gate (if any tickets remain). Under 16’s are free but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

  • Yes. Even though children under 16 are free, they will still need a ticket to enter the park, these are available when purchasing tickets. Everyone entering the event must hold a ticket regardless of their age. Children under 16 must be accompanied by and supervised by an adult.

  • No. Concession tickets are not available for the Lions Club of Scottsdale Spud Fest.

  • Yes. Companion cards are accepted. You will need to book your ticket/s via Humanitix and then contact Spud Fest at spudfest.scottsdale@gmail.com to request your companion card ticket.

  • You can pass your tickets on to a friend, but we do not offer refunds.

  • The Lions Club of Scottsdale Spud Fest is on the 16th of March 2025 at Northeast Park, Scottsdale.

  • Parking will be clearly signed off Ringarooma Road. Parking attendants will direct to a spot. Disabled parking is available and accessed by the first laneway above the caravan park. and will be signed. Of course, you can also park in one of the carparks in Alfred Street, Scottsdale and walk down the hill to Spud Fest, remembering you will have a steep walk back!

  • The entrance to the Lions Club of Scottsdale Spud Fest will be via the walkway bridge at the park’s carpark at the rear of the caravan park, near the children’s play equipment. Tickets will be scanned at the entry point.

  • The Lions Club of Scottsdale Spud Fest is organised by the Lions Club of Scottsdale and a volunteer committee.

  • During the Lions Club of Scottsdale Spud Fest, Northeast Park is a licensed event site. We are committed to safe drinking practices. All staff serving alcohol are trained in responsible service of alcohol and will not serve anyone who is under the age of 18 years or any person who appears to be intoxicated.

  • There will be food, drink, craft and produce stalls. Games, activities and information for adults and children. We expect the full program will be available for you to check out soon.

  • Yes. There is some seating provided but you are welcome to bring your own chair or picnic rug.

  • No, there is no reserved seating.

  • No. The Lions Club of Scottsdale Spud Fest is a fully licensed event, so strictly no BYO. We have some great food and drink stalls for your enjoyment. Sealed water bottles only will be allowed to be brought into the park.

  • Whilst we work hard to be an accessible event, please be aware that Northeast Park is a grassed area with no formed paths, has uneven surfaces and is undulating in some areas. There will be disabled parking and an accessible toilet.

  • The maned information tent will have basic first aide items. If medical attention is required, the local hospital or ambulance. Northeast Park is surrounded by water and native bush. Therefore, the park is home to jack jumpers and bull ants. If you have an allergy to these, please make sure you have your medication with you.

  • Cash and card. There will be a mixture of eftpos only and cash only stalls. As some portable eftpos services do not recognise cards on older phones we suggest you bring your plastic card and cash, to cover all options.

  • There are two ATMs in King Street Scottsdale, which is about a 1.1km uphill walk from Northeast Park. We recommend you cash up before arriving at the festival.

  • Absolutely! Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult as there is running creek water bordering the park as well as ponds within the grounds. We will have a range of activities for children (and adults).

  • No dogs or pets allowed. Guide or assistance dogs in approved harness are the exception.

  • Not inside the festival area of the park. There will be an assigned smoking/vaping area outside of the entry gate, with receptacles for buts and rubbish. Lions Club of Scottsdale Spud Fest aims to protect all patrons, stallholders and employees from exposure to Environmental Tobacco Smoke (ETS). Smoking and vaping is not allowed within the festival area. You will be required to exit the festival area to smoke or vape.

  • The Lions Club of Scottsdale Spud Fest will go ahead regardless of the weather, unless weather conditions are deemed a risk to patrons. The Lions Club of Scottsdale Spud Fest will notify patrons via either email, text or social media if the event is cancelled, or conditions become hazardous.

    • Alcohol and illicit substances                     

    • Glass bottles and receptacles

    • Shade structures/large umbrellas

    • Knives, weapons or other dangerous goods

    • Large tables

    • Barbecues, fire pots or fireworks

    • Skateboards, scooters, roller blades or bikes

    • Laser pointers, whistles or loud hailers

    • Any other items that could be deemed dangerous or impede the enjoyment of other patrons.

  • The Lions Club of Scottsdale Spud Fest takes privacy seriously and is committed to protecting privacy of your personal information. Personal information will be used only for the purpose/s intended and where the intention includes confidentiality, information will be treated as such unless otherwise required by law. Your contact details may be used to let you know when future Lions Club of Scottdale Spud Fest tickets are going on sale. Your contact details will not be made available to any other party or organisation.
